Five Ways to Improve Your Sleep

Sleep is often overlooked, but is essential to a healthy immune system. Sleep deprivation can decrease disease-fighting antibodies and affect how quickly you recover if you get sick. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine recommends at least seven hours of sleep per night. Now that many people are working from home, it is a good time to evaluate sleep hygiene and develop a routine that will benefit you post-quarantine.
